Message-ID: <6894@merlin.usc.edu> Date: 7 Dec 89 00:27:12 GMT Sender: news@merlin.usc.edu Reply-To: hozman@aludra.usc.edu (Samuel Hozman) Organization: University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA Lines: 17 During the summer, I work for a company that has just upgraded their mainframe. When they did this, they also upgraded their 2400b modems to 9600b. My boss asked me to see if I could find out if it is possible to change anything inside the modem (i.e. wiring, chips, etc.) to upgrade it to 9600b. He said he thought he had heard somewhere that it could be done. Does anyone know if this IS possible, and if so, how? Any help is greatly appreciated! -- : This space for rent or sale : See you in The Funny Pages, : : : The Hoz!!!
