I can sort of see not sending out information immediately to people who rewuested it through the reader service cards, but if you make a long distance call to ask for it, they should have better response. I'd also like to hear from anyone else who has one, although because I'm not sure who much I'd make user of MNP right now, I'm leaning towards the Zoom 2400 baud modem for $129, especially since I get a 30 day money back guarantee if I'm not satisfied with it.
