The draft copy of a research paper on the eavesdropping laws has been presented by Mr. Christopher Seline, . Mr. Seline, who is studying for the bar, has made his research available to us. The paper is entitled, "Eavesdropping on the Electromagnetic Emanations of Digital Equipment: The Laws of Canada, England and the United States." This file is about 55 K in length, and is filed in the archives under the title, 'eavesdrop.laws' The usual ftp rules apply: ftp cs.bu.edu login anonymous as a password, give your name and site, i.e. myname@mysite.edu 'cd telecom-archives' 'ls' to review the selections.
