Many of us immediately dialled the number to see what the scoop is -- and any of us not in Miami did not get through. AT&T International Information Service (800 874-4000) confirms that the number is for Miami only. Anyone else would dial "00" or "10288-0" to reach an AT&T operator, who would then connect you to the international operator for Cuba. Apparently the large number of people in Miami who would like to call Cuba has caused AT&T to implement a special arrangement to get calls directly to the operator handling calls to Cuba without tying up regular AT&T operators. /john
