There was a folding editor distributed to comp.binaries.ibm.pc about
four months ago.  The author said something about submitting it to
comp.sources, but I haven't seen it go by yet.  

It's got a vi like syntax, keeps the folding information in a 
seperate file so that your original file remains a pure text
file, and works fairly well on an IBM PC.
