    Tulane is pleased to announce the availability of two Louisiana
Board of Regents graduate fellowships in Computer Science.  The 4-year
fellowships include a $15,000 per year stipend, in addition to the
full tuition waiver, currently valued at over $40,000 total.  The
fellowship requires no additional duties besides the degree
