After suffering delays, the Free Software Foundation has been able to
catch up with its backlog of tape and manual shipments.  We have now
shipped all orders that we received in November.  However, shipments
usually spend a week or two in transit.  If you are wondering where
your order is, please wait a week before calling us to enquire---if
you are on the West Coast, please wait a week and a half.
