Message-ID: <101880015@hpcvlx.cv.hp.com> Date: 5 Dec 89 23:29:08 GMT Organization: St. Vitus Hospital for the Terminally Amused Lines: 20 I'm expanding the capabilities of an X Windows-based raster graphics editor and I'm having some trouble finding an algorithm which will allow me to apply an arbitrary amount of rotation to a rectangular raster image. I have an abbreviated copy of the Catmull-Smith 2-pass transform, but am having trouble translating it into the appropriate Xlib transforms. If anyone has examples of other raster rotation schemes which I could convert to Xlib, I'd greatly appreciate seeing how else it can be done. Thanks in advance, Mark F.
