For a first 'project' I'm trying to write a Turbo Pascal program that uses some basic graphic manipulation. This would include rotations, transformations, etc. Along with the above, I would like to be able to draw pictures in some paint program and then load them in to TP. I have managed to do it by creating PCX files, converting them to GIF and then using a PD program to load it in. However, I lose resolution and more importantly colour. Now for the question, 'How do I do it without losing the colour?' I'm actually using Corel Draw which makes CDR, EPS, TIFF and PCX files. Any ideas, or do I have to resort to drawing everything 'by hand' (yuck). Thanks for any help. I will post summary if enough interest. -- Howard Betel Howard@maccs.dcss.McMaster.CA Dept of Computer Science ...!unet!utai!utgpu!maccs!howard McMaster University
