The previously announced period for discussion of the proposed new
newsgroup, sci.virtual-worlds, has almost expired; it will conclude
Dec. 14th.  Please get your final comments in.
 
I have received over 40 emailed comments and/or votes pertaining to
the proposed newsgroup.  After consolidating any final comments with
those already in my possession, I will post a summation of the comments
and, on DECEMBER 15, announce a formal call for votes pertaining to
the proposed newsgroup.
