They have put together a GIF disk which costs 24.95. One of the files located on the disk is: VGACAD is a public domain GIF pain program. It allows you to edit and even create your own two hundred and fifty-six colour GIF files. This is a first class package, and a lot of fun. Requires a mouse and a VGA card. Now it really burns me up to see a company profiting from sales of PD or shareware (They say "... defers our cost in collecting and distributing the software only ..."). Anyway, I'm looking for this program and really don't want to enourage companies like this. Has anyone heard of it? Know where I can get a copy of it or anything similar?
