	Does anybody have a hacked up version of scanf/printf which can
deal with angles of the form DD-MM.T or DD-MM-SS and time of the form
HH:MM:SS?  When writing astronomy programs, it would be really nice to be
able to do 'scanf ("%a, &d)' to read an angle and have it accept any of the
commonly used formats for angles.
