Does anyone know of a Ratfor -> C translator, either commerical or PD?
I have a bunch of Ratfor code I'd like to convert to C.  I know that there
are Fortran -> C converters, but the Fortran output from Ratfor is horrible,
and I'd rather not convert that code.
