Someone once stole a LaserWriter from one of the public clusters. A few days later the User Consultant got a call from a user who was having trouble getting his LaserWriter talking to his Mac. They passed the phone to a hacker who bullshitted the person while the cops traced the call. The printer was recovered. -- _.John G.
