The alternate-mailboxes line in your .mh_profile understands wildcarding. Here's an excerpt from mine: alternate-mailboxes: mcgrew@*, *!mcgrew, *!mcgrew@*, *!mcgrew%* I would just go ahead and use alternate-mailboxes: *mcgrew* except that there are other McGrew's here.
