(Licensees will be getting a letter shortly about a "new" 3.1 version that is just now being released that fixes a few bugs.) SU-PC/IP includes PC/MH, a set of programs that implement an MH (Mail Handler) client for the PC, which interact with a POP-3 (Post Office Protocol, version 3) server on a Unix host. SU-PC/IP is licensed only to "degree-granting institutions of higher education".
