Message-ID: <165@metapyr.UUCP> Date: 10 Dec 89 10:03:09 GMT Distribution: na Organization: Meta Systems, Ltd. -- Ann Arbor, MI Lines: 16 Is there a way to set up a running customer account number field in RBASE? Here's the problem: We would like to retain, between executions of RBASE, a sequential value to be used as a generated customer problem tracking number. For our ERROR tracking table, we would like to enter Problem descriptions and solutions and other types of data relating to a what the product is and how it is failing. Upon entering this data, we need to give the problem a RBASE generated number that can be used to help track the progress of the solution. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
