Has anyone had trouble unpak'ing files from SIMTEL20.ARPA 

I ftp the files and then try PKUNPAK and 
 
PKUNPAK tells me the file is corrupt. 
 
I ftp the files in binary.  (Is there any other setting
that I should use to ftp files from SIMTEL20.ARPA ?)

I even tried ftp'ing the pk361.exe (self-extracting pkunpak.exe
that the manual recommends using.)  ( When I try to run 
pk361, I get the infamous 
  "Program to big to fit in memory" 
 
Has anyone seen this?
