This was the text for a recent class I took.  In addition to being "old"
(1984), it was full of typos and many other editorial errors.  Some
proofreading would have helped immensely.  ("It is left as an exercise to the
reader to determine what we really meant to say or show here!")  Still, it was
a good introduction, when supplemented with recent journal articles.
