I have a Sun running in.named - apparently correctly, at least nslookup seems to work fine for all the hosts etc in my domain. Being a binary only site, I have to rely on my manuals for information. Trouble is named and related issues get *very* little coverage. I would like to get MX records working with sendmail.mx, so that some local non-tcp networks can receive mail. I have followed the examples such as there are, in the book, but cannot seem to make anything interesting happen. Could someone please point me at a decent source of information regarding this lot? Any info *much* appreciated. +-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ Simon Gerraty --- ACSnet: sjg@sun0.melb.bull.oz Bull Information Systems --- Internet: sjg%sun0.melb.bull.oz.au@munnari.oz.au 677 Victoria Street --- UUCP: ...!uunet!munnari!sun0.melb.bull.oz.au!sjg Abbotsford AUSTRALIA 3067 --- Phone: +61 3 420 0927 FAX: +61 3 420 0955 #include [ imagine something *very* witty here ] +-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
