  Umm.... "Pic" is the *PICTURE* pre-processor for nroff and troff.  "Tbl"
is the *TABLE* pre-processor....  Not to pick a nit, but the paranthetical
phrase confuses the issue (which do you need - pic or tbl?).

   I really doubt that there is such as beast, but I could be easily wrong.
