Hi!

I had a discussion about this, but there was no agreement, so I thought
maybe the net will help me with this.

should the declaration
extern char **environ
be a part of a posix conformant <unistd.h>

after reading P1003.1 sec. 2.10 and 3.1.2 my opinion is that it should
be, but my opponent disagrees.

Can some posix guru enlighten us??
