I've been getting my updates, since 3.20, all I had to do is send back my disks, ( I also had to subscribe to the update service once a year or so, more like 1.5 years ). They even sent me mail when my subscription was running out. I would say , in my opinion, that MANX has performed as well as any other software house that I've done business with. Have a nice day.
