(nice after you get the gun if you take a few hits in the process) > Oh yeah! It sure is an INCREDIBLE looking game. I picked one up at the world of commodore for 38 canadian. The game looked fantastic on the big screen there. The graphics were incredible during the load. The sound was echoing in mellephulious harmonies. We (me and me friends) did lot's o OOHING and AWWING while it loaded, and cranked up the sound to earth-shattering levels. I was not dissapointed when this incredible feat of graphical wizzardry started. We jumped. OOOHHH AHHHH. We danced. AHHH OOOHHH. We walked over to the side of the screen, where this detailed well thing appeared, and ..and.... and... I've got an A1000, with 2 megs. 68010. Nothing fancy. But so far, NONE OF THE PSYGNOSIS PROGRAMS I'VE EVER TRIED HAVE WORKED. Since it takes NO BRAINPOWER to make a program comply with a 68010 in most respects, this is just un-excusable. What about Amiga 2500's? And all the speed up cards? The copy-protection on this game is so far out that we managed to crash it twice just loading it up. And when it CRASHES, BOY does it CRASH! The orchestrated drive shamble-grinds, the screen blitzing, the funny squeals coming from who knows where. The dust flying out of the fan. I give Psygnosis credit in one respect: Their crashes are always the most phenominal around. I tried several things like running the boot-recoverable privelege handler (DeciGEl replacement), but of course, they just take over the machine. DESPARATE PLEA: Come on you psygnosis pig heads. Use your minds. Think a bit. Try testing your software on other amiga's and configurations. Then, atleast say SOMEWHERE on/in/around/near the package that it won't work on certain systems. Sounds REASONABLE eh?
