Just for the hell of it, one evening I fired up the Transformer on my 1000. Under this fake MS-DOS environment I ran Z80MU, a Z-80 CP/M simulator. As if two levels of software emulation (68000 -> 8088 -> Z-80) weren't bad enough, I then ran BASIC-80, the CP/M BASIC interpreter. When I typed PRINT SIN(.707) it managed to come back with the correct answer - eight seconds later. Afterwards, of course, I apologized to my 68000 for abusing it so badly. :-) Charlie_Gibbs@mindlink.UUCP My Amiga IS a PC! It says "Personal Computer" right on the box!
