Fatter Agnus w/ Rev 4.5 mainboard.

I have recently installed a new Agnus in my Rev 4.5 Amiga 2000.
Since then it keeps on crashing during about 2 minutes after power up.
The effect seems to have a connection with the temperature of either the 
Agnus or the mainboard.
I have tried another Fatter Agnus - with the same result.
However, with the old 8371 replaced, everything works fine.
Who has experienced a similar behaviour? What could be the source of the
problem? Solutions?
