It IS basically Animator II! Supports higher res, sound, and crashes ALOT less. I doubt it's worth all that much to upgrade on Animator because of the defacto std. DPaintIII has become. As far as Impact! goes it would definitly be useful if it supported PS fonts and Laser/Lino output!
