     According to a report in "New Computer Express", a UK weekly magazine,
all A500's with serial numbers of 520,000 and over already have a 1M agnus
fitted, and room for an extra 512K on the main board. The agnus is limited to
512K mode due to problems when only 512K is fitted to the computer, ie no
A501. Granada, Comodore's official service company are supposed to
undisable the agnus for a small fee. Needless to say they know nothing at all
about this! Anyone out there know any more - is it a nasty untrue rumour,
or is Comodore just not telling us what we've bought?
    Any recomendations for a book with the sidecar expansion bus specs. I'm
thinking of adding some more RAM, but I'm not prepared to guess the specs from
the users guide! Oh how simple and forgiving the BBC B was. Thanks.
