The name in the mountlist, the name in the DEVS: directory, and the name stored internal to the device handler itself. While AmigaDOS as a whole treats uppercase and lowercase the same in file names, the devices are an execption. You can use "type devs:hddrive.device hex" to verify the internal name. Check the mountlist entry and the file name match exactly, including capitalization. Also, make sure L:FastFileSystem exists with the right name and is available at mount time. -- Joe Smith (408)922-6220 | SMTP: JMS@F74.TYMNET.COM or jms@gemini.tymnet.com BT Tymnet Tech Services | UUCP: ...!{ames,pyramid}!oliveb!tymix!tardis!jms PO Box 49019, MS-D21 | PDP-10 support: My car's license plate is "POPJ P," San Jose, CA 95161-9019 | humorous dislaimer: "My Amiga speaks for me."
