Does anybody out there use a SyQuest SQ555 drive?

I have a problem with taking out the cartridges.
When I press the button, the red light goes on,
while the green light remains on.

That only happens beyond track 555! (maybe that's why SQ555)

From track 0-555, I canpush the button and take out the cartridge,
but beyond that, the drive will start making noises.

Can somebody help me with this?
