In fact a plain vanilla H-P LaserJet comes with an RS-232-C connector which can be attached to an ordinary serial port. Your real problem will be in finding software to fully exploit the printer. Given Apple's penchant for embedded applications as opposed to a toolkit approach, many commercial software products are not capable of doing anything other than perhaps dumping ordinary-looking text printouts to such a printer, which is a shame when you consider that they are generally capable of 300dpi full raster graphics.
