I have a friend who is interested in using an Apple Imagewriter II with an IBM
PC-compatible.  A few months ago, this question was posted and someone responded
with a description of how it could be done.  Does anyone know what the pinout on
the printer cable should be to connect an Apple Imagewriter II with an IBM PC?
