I found an ad for the EquiDisk Plus in the June 1986 issue of Nibble. It was made by H&M Disk Drives (1101 E. Pacifico, Anaheim, CA 92805). More info: it looked vaguely like an Apple DuoDisk with a power switch in the middle, and it was compatible with DOS 3.3, ProDOS, and CP/M.
