Can anyone help me to understand what standards exist with respect
to 3b2 software distribution.  In particular, I'd like to know
about tape formats.  If I create a QIC-24 format cartridge tape
containing cpio data, what percentage of 3b2 sites could read it?
If this is not suitable, what is?
