I just recently dusted off my old VIC 20, and I'm thinking about upgrading its system. Most of all, I'm interested in getting a disk drive, a printe, and some memory expansion. I want to get vintage VIC 20 stuff, not some C-64 per- ipherals that will also work for the VIC (i could buy them new now if I wanted). Anyone who remebes thhe VIC remebes how deficient it was in memory (5K), so any memory expansion would help, but I would prefer a 32K expansion. I also remeber seeing an adertise- ment for an expansion to give the VIC 20 up to 128K. I think it was a whole new BIOS. If anyone has this stuff, and wants to unload it cheap, e-mail me. I warn you, I don't want to pay a lot of money. I'm willing to spend up to $25 each on a [working] printer and disk drive. I'm not sure about the memory expansion, maybe $15-$20. Throwing "good" soft- ware into the deal would be nice. Bryan Siegfried University of Illinois at Chambana
