I seem to have come upon a strange difference between the ANSI GKS and
the HP GKS:

	In the ANSI GKS functional description for INTERPRET ITEM it states
	that it requires 3 arguments BUT in the include file

		/usr/include/fgks.f1.h

	i find:

		$alias giitm='giitm'(%val,%val,%val,%ref)

	What is or where do i look for the other parameter?
