I just got the post-interim UUPC from simtel, and it looks like I
*almost* (don't you hate that!) have it running.

It spools mail just fine.  The spool files look okay.  But it
complains that it cannot connect to the remote system.  However,
a close look at the debugging output shows:

                ^^^^^^^^^^^^ looks to me like it connects just fine.

The question is what is this xscandir thing looking for?
