     I would like to know if there exists a program (public domain/marketed)
     that will allow me to change actual Dos Commands (such as "copy").  
     I know that this can be done through sector editing, but I am looking
     for a written program.  
 
     NOTE : A program was written for the Apple Computer called Dos Boss
            (by Beagle Bros.) which does the preceeding tasks.  Did they
            ever write a version for IBM.

     Also : This program will be used to change some Dos commands on 
            networked IBM (and compatible) computers.  Will this make
            a difference?
