HAYES MODEM COMANDS FOR THE SPEAKER: 

ATLn    where n = 1-3, Speaker volume, 1=low,2=med. 3=high
ATMn    where n =0-3 , 0 = speaker off
		       1 = Speaker on untill carrier signal is detected
		       2 = Speaker on continuously
		       3 = Speaker stays on untill a carrier is detected,
			   except when the modem is dialing
