After using SunOS 4.0.x for awhile on a 386i and SPARCstation 1 and using SysV on AT&T 3B machines, I have found that BSD based Unix wins out by far. Remember, BSD added the networking interface and sockets to Unix, AT&T didn't originally. You are right about SCO Xenix however.
