	Does anyone know about a possible read-ahead buffer
	located on the Maxtor 4380E drive (ESDI, 3380MB)?
	I've been satisfied with its performance :-), but 
	as I don't have a caching controller, and it would
	be _real_ nice to have the drive do a track (or
	whatever) read-ahead.  Someone told me that he
	recalled seeing a utility to turn this feature on.
	Any help would be appreciated.
