I need some information on DTC's (Data Technology Corp.) hard disk
controller P/O #14908 (P/N #10-00476-0022).

1.  How do you set the configuration switches (SW1) - what does each
    switch do?

2.  How do you do a low-level format?

3.  Where can I get more information on this board?
