Subject: TECMAR scribe master serial card switch info needed badly!

I have just picked a Scribe Master serial card made by TECMAR.  It 
didn't have a manual or any instruction at all with. (I got used at
a second hand computer store)  Could some kind soul mail what all the
switch settings and jumpers mean.
