According to the Motorola Technical Summary data sheet, the following
model uP's are available at the following operating frequencies:

MC68010         x     x    x
MC68020                    x    x    x    x
MC68030                    x    x    x    x

So it appears that as far as Motorola is concerned, the answer to your
question is "no".

I don't know about other suppliers...
