I have been having a recurring problem with Excel 2.2. After running the 
application I can do anything but get the menus to work properly. When I click
on the menu bar the menu drops down VERY slowly, taking several seconds, and 
then does not highlight any of the menu selections. I thought that there might 
be an interaction with an INIT but removing all the INITs except INITPICKER
left me with the same problem. This happens using uni- and multifinder. I am
running 6.0.3 on an SE. All command key equivalents work, I just cannot use 
the menu bar. Any clues as to what is going on?
