I teach at George Washington U in Washingto D.C. Got mine last weekend. There are a lot of images from NIH, some stuff that makes Mathematica look really interesting, and some 3-4 rotation demos. Nearly all of the images are abstract, although there are a few pictures of Mars, Jupiter, shorelines, etc. If you do not have at least a Mac II (for the color and the speed), I cannot imagine that it is a lot of fun.
