I need to upgrade a MAC II, bought within 2 months of their
first availability. Here's the list.

1. High res color monitor and video adapter (256 colors).
2. Ethernet Card
3. 3 Meg of memory to augument the 5 Meg already present.
4. External removable hard disk (Microtech has been suggested).

I do not use this machine. I have not followed the market that
supplies these products for the MAC. I don't even know if this a
resonable request. 

Are there any problems in attempting to do this. Any recomendations
on products and vendors would be appreciated.

The universtiy has a purchase contract with Apple that often makes
buying from Apple the most atractive option.
