Anyone know of:

A crashsaver INIT for the the IIcx (Crashsaver seems to conflict with TOPS)

A startupscreen/desktop picture analagous to Backdrop for a 2-page
  grayscale monitor (32-bit quickdraw compatible)
  (DeskPict 1.1 and ScreenMaster don't work)
