Somethings seems really wrong here (or right, depending on how you look at it).
Yesterday I was talking to my Dad who lives in Prince George, British Colombia,
Canada. That's about 500 miles north-north-east of Seattle, Wash. As I talked
to him, he read an ad out of the daily paper from one of the local Mac stores
about fantastic year-end prices.

New Imagewriter II's were advertised at $250 CDN ($750 off suggested list
price)!

Now the $1000 suggested list seemed to be par for the course for buying mac
stuff in Canada (it's been a while since I was there last), but $250 sale
prices?

Are there any year-end specials in the U.S. like this going on??

(With the recent discussions on Imagewriter repairs, I thought that I might get
a second at this price to use for spare parts :-) :-)!
