Speaking of future Apple system software, will Apple ever develop an
interface akin to that of the NeXT's or even just X-windows?

It would be just SWELL if Mac users could access all of the power of the Unix
environment WITHOUT losing trace of their humanity due to the unfriendliness.

It seems that NeXT has a pretty effective combination of user-friendliness
and sheer POWER!!!! (...got carried away...)
